Started ministry at the Lo Wu Correctional Institution (Women)

Development of religious classes at the “Hei Ling Chau Correctional Institution” and the “Lai Sun Correctional Institution”
Opened the first female hostel to provide a wholistic pastoral home for “repeat offender” female rehabilitated persons.
